If you are not happy for any reason we will happily take the bean bag chair back.

Not Satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your bean bag chair purchase we will be happy to take it back in as new condition.

If you want to return the chair you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If it happens that you change your mind after placing an order and the bean bag chair has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a $15.00 restocking fee. This is expensive and we want to help you avoid these extra costs.

Damaged Bean Bag Chair?

It does not happen often but sometimes you receive a bean bag chair with a flaw. If this happens to you please call 866-302-7318 or email info@comfybeanbagchairs.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and give you the correct return address. All shipping charges are covered if you have received a damaged bean bag chair.

Warranty Information:

Our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for the Jaxx line of products and 30 days for the Classic Bean Bag Chairs. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at their discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for return instructions.
